ROAD / PRODUCTION MANAGER for The Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Austria,Switzerland, Denmarck, Finland & Austria
We are an international production company with a foot in Paris, Madrid, Sevilla and Boulder, CO (USA). We produce festivals, tours, concerts, shows and films.
We are looking for 8 skilled and experienced Production & Road Manager to expand in the German, Nordic and Scandinavian region. These persons will be in charge to organize and produce a show tour across Sweden and the Nordic region. As a Road Manager, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the tour, including managing the artists, coordinating with technical staff, and ensuring smooth operations in various theaters. The job also requires previous coordination of the production on remote and traveling for the shows (1/2 shows per week) to ensure the live performance.
The tour starts in September.
IMPORTANT: An excellent knowledge of the local production A/V companies is needed.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. The candidate must have basic tech skills in order to coordinate the riders & backline.
The ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge of the entertainment industry and extensive experience in tour/production management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances are essential.
The salary will be according to the number of shows and the experience.
