We are looking for 8 skilled and experienced Production & Road Manager to expand in the United States of America. These persons will be in charge to organize and produce several shows and tours around the country. As a Road Manager, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the tour, including managing the artists, coordinating with technical staff, and ensuring smooth operations in various theaters. The job also requires previous coordination of the production on remote and traveling for the shows (1/2 shows per week) to ensure the live performance.

IMPORTANT: An excellent knowledge of the local production A/V companies is needed.

Dies ist eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe, die ausgezeichnete organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, erfordert. Der Kandidat muss über grundlegende technische Kenntnisse verfügen, um die Rider und Backline zu koordinieren.

Der ideale Kandidat muss über fundierte Kenntnisse der Unterhaltungsbranche und umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Tournee-/Produktionsmanagement verfügen. Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell an veränderte Umstände anzupassen, sind unerlässlich.

Das Gehalt richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Shows und der Erfahrung.

- Erfahrung als Roadmanager

- Fähigkeit, aus der Ferne zu arbeiten
